Fund, the Sissies took in all types of clothing, books, furniture and
netted over $1700 for grants. Special thanks to Odd Fellows for

August 13th, 2005 - Benefiting the Russian River Senior Center (who
recently lost half of their yearly funding), the Sisters took the
theme of apple pie and picnics to bingo. Sr. Nova Nilla and Sr.
Barbi barely escaped birthday spankings which netted an additional
$300 for the seniors. (on a personal note OUCH!)

August 5th, 2005 - Benefiting the Russian River Senior Center the
première performance of this incredible play raised over $1800 for the
Seniors who recently lost funding. Thanks to everyone who
attended, and a special thanks to the team at Pegasus for letting the
Sisters hold this event!

July 15th, 2005 - This annual event with the Lazy Bear crowd
raised over $4000 in a special bingo with all the visiting bears from
around the world. This also included the Sainting of Harry Lit,
the founder of Lazy Bear. The bingo also included members of the
Rotary in Guerneville who also cooked for the BBQ along with Leslin,
Mary and Jill our Kitchen Saints!

May 28th, 2005 - Given the task of celebrating Memorial Day,
Sister Wilma donned her wet nun suit and joined other sissies at the
new Liquid Sky (formerly the Russian River Eagle) and raising funds
with hot men to benefit the general grant fund.

May 20th, 2005 - The Sisters were on hand at the premiere of the
male version of The Odd Couple at Pegasus Theater in Monte Rio
benefiting the HIV Complementary Therapy Center of Sonoma County and
the Saint Andrews outreach Mission in Monte Rio.

May 14th, 2005 - Benefiting the Latino/Latina project of Face to
Face, the Sisters took the Mexican Holiday and turned it into a wild
and crazy Bingo. Sisters Dee, Wilma and Barbi demonstrated their

April 9th, 2005 - Cross the Rocky Horror Picture show with the
Sound of Music and you get Bingo with the Russian River Sisters
benefiting the local "River Choir" (yes the REAL singers!).
Bingo also included an incredible performance by the Choir.

March 27th, 2005 - We headed down to San Francisco to celebrate
Easter in the Park with the San Francisco Motherhouse. The weather
held up until after the event in perfect timing with the Sisters.
Sisters were there from SF, Seattle, Iowa, Los Angeles to help ring in
the 26th year of the Sisters.
Purgatory - 4th Anniversary Party Russian River

March 25th, 2005 - Headed by Chairnun Sister Wilma Titzgrow, our
4th Anniversary Party was somewhere between Heaven and Hell. A
private VIP reception was held for our benefactors, Saints and
Supporters with piano music provided by local talent Momi Star.
Second Date also performed from San Francisco and then the Sisters
showcased their talent by singing, dancing and flagging.

supporting us the past two years of Bingo. The event had a Chinese
theme for Chinese New Year and had special guest Sister Tilly He Comes
Again from San Francisco. Over $1800 was raised for Food for Thought.

Annual Closet Ball

February 5th, 2005 - The best ever! Will the contestants all
coming out of the Closet, the Eagle was transformed into a bedroom
scene with the help of Sisters Wilma, Ida and Dawna. The show feature
for the first time Female to Male contestants thus giving us a new
King and Queen of the Closet Ball. The event raised over $1300 for
AEF Sonoma County. Special thanks to Sister Wilma Titzgrow on her
outstanding work on this event and for MCing the event!

Bear Weekend - Wet Underwear at the RR Eagle

January 15th, 2005 - While the temperature was cool outside, all
the hot men inside kept it nice and steamy as five sexy men from
Sonoma and Napa counties took to the stage to raise money for Sonoma
County AEF (Aids Emergency Fund). Over $950 was raised! And for the
second time, local bartending celebrity Dave from the Rainbow making
him our first two-time winner!

High Water Bingo for the Red Cross

January 8th, 2005 - This time the Sissies went to raise funds for
local flood relief raising over $1,700 for the Sonoma County Red
Cross. The funds will be used to assist local west Sonoma County
residents during flood season. The Sisters also kicked off food with
the help of our wonderful volunteers at bingo!

Celebrity Bartending - RRR

December 25th, 2004 - We joined the local celebrities for the
annual bartending marathon at the Russian River Resort on Christmas
Day. Several groups of Sisters were able to raise $1000 towards the
total donations of over $6100 to benefit seven local charities
(including our grant fund).

Community Christmas Dinner

December 25th, 2004 - The Sisters joined the local community spear
headed by Jill S., Mary M. and Leslin D. for the most incredible
holiday dinner. Special thanks to MCC Church for the FAB job of
decorating the Vets Hall, providing the entertainment. Thank you to
all the volunteers who served around 500 people a great dinner. But
really to Jill, Mary and Leslin for picking this project up last year
and running with it. Ladies, you are on your way to Sainthood. Bless
you! The sisters were there will all the rings on their fingers, boas
on their heads and even the Grinch turned out (yes, there was food).

Toy Drive
December
2004 - Why not give the Toy Drive to a bunch of clowns to manage.
And that's where we stepped in. The Sisters held a toy drive in
December to pass out toys to the needy, and had such a wonderful
giving people that we had enough to give the children in Santa Rosa
hospitals an extra helping of toys from Santa and the Grinch. Thanks
to everyone in Mama's Family and the Russian River for being so
generous!

Balls Bingo & December Grant Giveaway

December 11th, 2004 - Tying up the year with Bingo and Grants, the
Sisters presented grants to 10 local groups totaling $7000 at the
Christmas Bingo Spectacular! The crowd was incredible and very giving
raising over $2000 for the community dinner and giveaways for the less
fortunate in our community. The sisters kicked off Bingo with a
special rendition of "Sparkle got run over by some sisters" after
(Sparkle claims) being locked in the basement of the Eagle by "some
sisters". Sister Grinchetta flew in from the North Pole to make a
special appearance as well. Thanks to all how were so generous giving
money - we (and the community) appreciate it.

of Lights - Guerneville

December 4th, 2004 - The rain held back and the parade was on!
Debuting our new agreement to donate cars to our charity via Good
Car-Ma of Sebastopol, owners Craig Haskell and Michael Oroszi supplied
us with a mint pickup and two mercedes that were decorated with
lights. The community was incredible and cheered us along (it was
later reported that there was some coaxing by Sr. Barbi).

School Performing Arts Holiday Show

December 4th, 2004 - Past recipients of our grants, these children
were performing at Main Street Station with an array of dance and
song. It was so nice to see our grant funds in action and the
children were fantastic.

November 13th, 2004 - In honor of Leather weekend at the River,
the Sisters through a uniform bingo party to a sold out crowd raising
funds for the Monte Rio School Association. The Sisters debuted their
some changes electronically with the "small" bingo light up board!

Underwear at the Eagle

November 12th, 2004 - Just in time for leather weekend, Sisters
Dee, Ida, Carmelita, Barbi and Guard Ryan turned the Eagle in a wet
underwear themed party raising funds for the general fund to keep up
the condom distribution since we lost all funding from the
government. Congrats to Chet from Salt Lake City, who is the new wet
underwear boy, and David (our local bartender at the Rainbow Cattle
company) as the reining wet underwear daddy!

Annual Little Yellow School Bus

October 23rd, 2004 - Despite the rain, the Sisters headed out with
special guest Sissies from SF (Sr. Tilly and Sr. Uma) to take the wine
seekers on a tour of the Russian River Valley to various wineries and
end up at Fife's Resort for dinner. The fundraiser raised thousands
for the Russian River Valley Foundation to bring music to the schools!

Fogle Memorial
Monday October 18th, 2004 - Steve was a wonderful friend and
supporter of the Order, and we bid him our goodbyes at his service at
Fife's. Steve was the Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce
and was a visionary with his ideas to draw tourism into the area. He
also was a social and environmental activist and worked heavily to
protect the eco system and on the No Low Flow. Steve, we will miss
you and we bow our wimples to you in respect. Peace, Love, Joy and
Light, as someday we will reunite. Bless you.

Thought Food Bank at Safeway

October 16th, 2004 - Just when you think the Sissies won't crash a
party..... With the Pie Throw cancelled, we high tailed it to
Safeway and helped cheer on the supporters of AEF and asked the
wonderful residents for donations of food. Thanks to all who gave.

Nature had other plans and the Pie Throw was cancelled. In
conjunction with the RRR, the event will be rescheduled next May. We

Associations "Widows & Orphans" fund, the Sisters hosted a Cops &
Robbers Bingo (yes we had Krispy Kremes) raising over $1000 for the
fund.

Calabash: The Art of the Gourd

October 3rd, 2004 - The Sissies were out with a mission to sell
raffle tickets, drink wine and eat all the wonderful food at Food for
Thought's Calabash Event in Forestville. As usual the event was
spectacular with all the local artists (who would know how many things
you could do to a gourd!), great wines and food.

thousands raised for local charities and our grant fund, we kicked off
the first ever food and wine festival. With the best food and wine
from all over Sonoma County, hundreds of wine and food enthusiasts
came to taste wine, take cooking lessons and eat!

September 25th, 2004 - After an incredible counting of the
donations over Lazy Bear Week in July, the $153,000 was given to local
charities at the Lone Star Saloon in San Francisco. Yes, you read
that correctly, $153K! Isn't this a wonderful community who gives so
much! Special thanks to the committee for giving the Sisters $5000

Pride - Sainting of Mayor Bob

June 13th, 2004 -Sisters Dawna Matrix and Barbi Mitzvah headed up
to the Northern city of Arcata. The Humboldt Pride committee offered
gifts of boys and brownies and the two sisters were off faster than
queen at a garage sale in the Castro.
The Sisters
surprised Mayor Bob Ornelas and made him a Saint of the Order for his
support and fighting for civil rights in the gay community. Bob is an

Face - 20th Anniversary

June 13th, 2004 - The Sisters (minus Barbi and Dawna) headed to
Windsor to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Face to Face in Sonoma
County. The Sisters were on hand selling gift balloons and raised
over $2000 for the fantastic organization on AIDS issues. Check them

Wedding Bells Bingo

June 12th, 2004 - With MECA (Marriage Equality California) as the
beneficiary, the Sisters downed wedding gowns and tuxes for Bingo.
With a packed crowd the Sisters raised funds for MECA and took up
special donations for the recent bombing victim in Monte Rio. Check

Luther Burbank Center, the Sisters were able to attend the Pride
Comedy Festival - A must see for our pride! We were on hand to shake
up the crowd a bit and enjoyed dancing into the wee hours at the Pride
Dance afterwards.

2004 - Sisters took to the streets to spread the message of Safer
Sex and hounded all tourist this weekend. We crashed Club Fab to pay
homage to Heklina for brining TrannyShack to the River. Damn girl -

Allen Selby Celebration of Life

2004 - It was a sad but joyous day at the San Francisco Gay. We
paid our tribute to the passing of an incredible man and AIDS activist
- Allen Selby. Daddy Allen was a source of inspiration to the gay
community for all his work fighting AIDS and homophobia the past 30
years in SF. We miss you Daddy!

River and it was rumored that Battlefield Barbi and Forest Ranger Nova

2004 - Yes - third times a charm for three events in one day.
(Yes - it was said that Sister Ida and Sister Barbi were a little
tired.) The Sissies were on hand to help raise funds for Sonoma
County AIDS Emergency Fund. Grayling Thornton and Mr. North Coast
Leather - Eric Edelstein modeled jockstraps they had worn earlier in
the day when they ran the "Human Race" in Santa Rosa and the jocks
were auctioned off with Leather Host and former Mr. IML - Lenny
Broberg of San Francisco. In all, we helped raise over $450 for this
worthy cause.

2004 - With the start of the Leather contest season, the Sisters
were on hand to welcome into the leather community with the oldest
leather contest/event in Sonoma County. Congratulations to Rocky on

2004 - Keeping with the theme, the Sisters had a sell out crowd
playing bingo with proceeds to our sexy and courageous firefighters of
the Russian River! Proceeds of approximately $1600 went to benefit
the firefighters association for equipment needs to protect our habits
from fire! To top if off, Bingo regular Vicki brought an incredible
firefighting red velvet cake which the sisters sold off for the
charity.

2004 - Finally an event with Tits for the Lesbian Sisters! The
(real) girls were excited about co-hosting the pool party for Breast
Cancer Awareness at the Russian River Resort. From door collections
to the wet underwear contests to band aid patrol - the sisters help
raised over $1,200!

10th, 2004 - We joined the San Francisco sisters, along with
sisters from Philly, Seattle, LA for the 25th Anniversary of the
Sisters movement. Grants were given away to needy charities, not to
mention great entertainment and games for the kids. Where were you?

3rd Anniversary Party: Fractured Fairy Tales
April
9th, 2004 - What a party. We took over Club Fab and thanks to Ed
Martinez decorated the place full of castles and storybook themes. It
was smashing! We gave away almost $4000 to local charities, sainted
Bob Young, Janis Hug, Dick Jaillet, Mayor Linda Kelly (Sebastopol) and
Sonoma County Supervisor Mike Reilly for their contributions to
community and for supporting us. Topping off the night was
entertainment by Sisters, with song and dance and special guest
appearance by Sr. VixXxen of Seattle, and the Sisters version of "Sisterella".

Undies Contest at the Russian River Eagle

27th, 2004 - The Sissies gathered crowd on a rainy spring evening
and packed the house at the Russian
River Eagle with five sexy men willing get their undies soaked for
charity. We raised $330 for Sonoma County's Food for Thought. Thanks

20th, 2004 - The crowd was incredible! The sisters raised over
$1000 for the grant fund and additionally took in $879 towards
additional charities due to the generosity of the crowd. Spankings
were at a minimum, however Sister Barbi mistakenly said the incorrect
name of the pot and got paddled by Mr. North Coast Leather (ouch).

Black Contest at Fife's
March
20th, 2004 - With all the leather men performing their stuff in
boot blacking the sisters headed to the contest to check it out. Boy
David from SF worked for nearly two hours on Sister Barbi's work boots
and turned water into wine so to speak. Not only would Sister Barbi
NOT take off the boots, she vowed never to do yard work in them again
since they were polished so exquisitely/

March
19th, 2004 - Wow - hot men and women - leather and boots. What
more could a girl ask for? In honor of Richie Chameroy's Pacific West
Boot Black competition, we held a fund raiser for

Sunburst consisting of Raffles, a Boot Licking contest and our
infamous Moon Over the River Contest! We raise over $775 to send
children with HIV and AIDS to summer camp!
Sebastopol Town Council Meeting on Gay Marriage
March
16th, 2004 - Sisters were on hand to witness history in action,
with a special hat's off to Mayor Kelley for taking a stand for gay
marriage. Sisters Sparkle Plenty and Carmelita Cheesecake took to the
stand to plead the case for gay marriage. The city of Sebastopol then
passed a resolution to recommend to the County of Sonoma to support
gay marriage. The city also passed a resolution requiring contractors
to work with the city to recognize gay marriage in their company

Spirit Premiere Performance

27th, 2004 - We kicked off the theater season in Monte Rio with
hosting a premiere performance opening night! Thanks to our
supporters who helped us raise over $250 towards our grant funds.

14th, 2004 - The Sisters hosted a SOLD OUT crowd on Valentines Day
to an incredible audience. Our very own Angel Dr. John surprised
everyone and announce his marriage in San Francisco to his longtime
partner Dr. John (2) (yes the other white meat), to a very
enthusiastic crowd.

7th, 2004 - And Miss Honey Pot reigns as the new Closet Ball
winner! The sissies and the Russian River Eagle teamed up for this
annual event from taking men and turning them into beauty queens for
the night. Contestants are rated both as men and then their physical
creation into womanhood. The Sisters were able to raise over $500 for
Sonoma County AEF, and an addition $230 on raffle tickets to benefit
our own Mr. North Coast Leather's travel to IML.

Flow! Save the River Town Hall Meeting
January
22nd, 2004 - Armed with rainbow fish colored veils, the girls head
off demonstrating to the Board of Supervisors and our local
Congresswoman in Guerneville. The County is attempted to reduce the
river flow by 80% in the summer, which would kill our tourism, and
hence donations. The Sisters are taking this very seriously and made
their appearance know at the meeting.

17th, 2004 - We kicked off our 2004 Bingo Season with Polar Bear
Bingo! It was a huge success from the young to the old, including our
wonderful seniors from the Senior Citizen Center in Guerneville. We
raised over $1200 for AEF (Aids Emergency Fund) and included a special
visit from Sister Betty Does of the SF Order, Eric Edelstein (Mr.
Northcoast Leather) and it was heard that even the Seniors got in on
the spankings! Lots of fun.

Bear Weekend Meet & Greet at the RR Eagle
January
16th, 2004 - Hot bears on a cold night. FUN! We were on hand at
the RR Eagle Polar Bear Kick off to assist in the Beer Bust and to
meet and greet all the sexy bears in town. All funds raised at the
beer bust benefited AEF (Aids Emergency Fund)
